The Idaho Board of Health and Welfare will meet Thursday, August 19, in Boise for a regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the 10^th floor conference room of the Pete T. Cenarrusa Building, 450 West State Street.

 

The meeting will begin with a public comment period and will include a presentation from the Office of Drug Policy on a new, unregulated drug that is similar to marijuana called Spice or K2. This drug is marketed as incense and available for purchase by both children and adults. The meeting is scheduled to adjourn at 2 p.m.
