 Idaho Postpartum Depression Hospital-Based Support Groups

A statewide survey of hospital-based postpartum depression support groups was completed by the Boise State University's College of Education, ECE/ECSE Blended Certificate program. Of 35 birthing hospitals in Idaho, the following have existing programs, or they are developing* postpartum depression support groups:

Please note that all birthing hospitals use screening tools, provide follow-up phone calls, and refer a woman to her physician if there is a concern. So, if a woman's local hospital is not listed, she still should contact her physician, as other local or nearby qualified resources may be available.
