The mission of the DeArmond Consumer Health Library is to ensure that every citizen of Kootenai County has access to the resources they need to make informed choices about their health care. The library also has education materials on Relative Care, Grandparents, etc. Library is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Monday - Friday.
