Idaho Child Support Now Provides 24 Months of Child Support Payment History

We now provide 24 months of child support payment history on our website! This is an upgrade of sorts to the Last 5 Payment History that has been available on our site for some time. You now have the option to view a full 24 months of payment history, or you may view the five most recent payments that you have paid or received.
 
The 24 month payment history provides a payment history on your child support case for the last 24 months. The benefit of having this history available is that you can view and print the payment history on each of your cases without calling Idaho Child Support to get a copy.
 
If you apply for Health and Welfare benefits or apply for subsidized housing you will be required to provide proof of income, including any Child Support payments you receive. You can provide a copy of the 24 month payment history, printed from our site, to Health and Welfare or to housing authorities to be used as proof of Child Support payments.
 
If you are the parent paying Child Support you can use the 24 month payment history as proof of payments for your own records and/or for tax purposes.  
 
To access the 24-Month Payment History, do the following:
  1. On the Idaho Health & Welfare homepage, click “Child Support Services” in the right-hand menu. This takes you to the Child Support Services webpage.
  2. Once on the Child Support page, click “View Payment History” to go to the login page.
  3. At the login page, enter your Child Support case number or  your social security number. 
  4. Choose whether you are the Person Paying Child Support or the Person Receiving Child Support.
  5. Select “View last 24 Months Payment History.” 
  6. Click Log In.
