National 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 9-8-8. Your call will be routed to a member of the Lifeline network based on your area code.

On July 16, 2022, the Lifeline transitioned away from National Suicide Prevention Lifeline reached through a ten-digit number to the three-digit 988 Lifeline.

The previous 988 Lifeline number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis
