The Quest EBT card may not be used to buy items such as:

• beer
• wine
• liquor
• cigarettes
• tobacco

Non-food items also are unacceptable, such as:

• pet foods
• soaps
• paper products
• household supplies

Additionally, the Quest EBT card may not be used to buy vitamins and medicines, any food that will be eaten in the store, and hot foods.
