MISSION STATEMENT: The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho works together to improve access to quality health care, increase awareness and support through education, and reduce diabetes complications for those challenged with diabetes in Idaho.

We are an alliance of dedicated people and groups including physicians, diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, diabetes education centers, the American Diabetes Association, the Idaho Indian Tribes, public health districts, community and migrant health clinics, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, community members, and people with diabetes.

This directory provides a statewide list of providers offering specific diabetes services and care. Providers whose services may encompass diabetes, but are not specific to diabetes, are not included in this directory. Keep in mind those providers may still be a good resource for services, information, screenings, and education.

This information can also be accessed through the Idaho CareLine at 1-800-926-2588 (English), or 1-800-677-1848 (Spanish). Bilingual CareLine personnel can answer your questions about the directory or make referrals to health-related providers and programs. This service is provided free of charge.
