Electronic Death Registration

The Idaho Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics is pleased to announce the deployment of a web-based Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS).  The Idaho EDRS is an electronic platform which allows morticians and funeral home staff, medical certifiers of death, and
CountyCoroners to initiate, complete, and file certificates of death with the State Registrar.
  

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The following are the minimum computer specifications that are needed to access the Idaho EDRS.      
  • 1.0 GHz PC with 512 MB RAM
  • Web Browser (Best results are currently experienced with Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla Firefox 3.0)
  • High Speed Internet Access via DSL or greater
  • A Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0
TRAINING MATERIALS
The following quick start guides have been developed to assist you in getting started with the Idaho EDRS.  As always, please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any problem or have questions.
