The Pacific Northwest is earthquake country, with much of Idaho’s beauty being formed by the seismic forces beneath our feet.  Do you know what to do during an earthquake or other natural disaster?  Daylight saving time begins Sunday, March 13, 2011. For many of us, this means looking forward to more sunshine in our day, resetting our clocks, and changing fire alarm batteries. This is also an opportune time to check and replenish your emergency preparedness kit. The American Public Health Association Get Ready: Set Your Clocks, Check Your Stocks campaign encourages people to check that their emergency preparedness kits are up to date when they change their clocks for daylight saving time.
