Personal Assistance Oversight Committee (PAOC)

The Personal Assistance Oversight Committee (PAOC) is a subcommittee that was established under the Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC).
 
The Purpose of the PAOC:
The purpose of the PAOC is to plan, monitor, and recommend changes to the Medicaid waiver and personal assistance programs. Such recommendations would be submitted to the MCAC.
 
Membership:
The PAOC consists of providers of personal assistance services and participants of such services, advocacy organizations representing such participants, and other interested parties.

December 19, 2018 Meeting

The December 19th PAO Meeting was cancelled due to insufficient participation.  The DRAFT Minutes from the September meeting will remain DRAFT until the March 20, 2019 meeting and at that time we will hopefully, have enough members to have a quorum.
