The Region 5 Mental Health Board serves the South Central area of Idaho, which includes Camas, Blaine, Gooding, Lincoln, Jerome, Mindoka, Twin Falls, and Cassia County. The board is governed by a set of bylaws, which establishes membership guidelines.
