• Medical equipment and supplies
• Medical Transportation services
• Nurse Midwife
• Pregnancy and family planning services
• Prescriptions
• Primary Care Case Management
• Prosthetics/orthotics
• Substance Abuse Treatment
• Smoking Cessation
• Vision Services
• Weight loss
• X-rays

Additional services, such as nursing homes or personal care services, may be available to those who have special needs.
