The Department of Health and Welfare is organized into Regions to provide programs that foster a productive, healthful and independent quality of life for Idaho citizens. Statewide administrative offices are located in Boise. Each Region serves several counties. If you don't know what Region your city resides in, you can browse our list of Idaho cities. 

Regional service centers are located in the larger communities of Idaho. They are the hub for service delivery in the counties they serve. Field offices are the local branches of regional offices.
