Effective June 7, 2010, Molina Medicaid Solutions (formerly Unisys) is your new partner for the base MMIS claims processing system, as well as provider training, billing and operational support. First Health is your partner for pharmacy point of service (POS) claims, training, billing and support.
The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and Molina are committed to the enrollment and re-enrollment effort underway by the state's provider community. The new MMIS is designed to enhance efficiency for providers, service to Medicaid recipients, and fiscal stewardship for the state. In addition, the system is able to accommodate Medicaid program and policy changes more effectively.
New Medicaid providers may now apply online using the Provider Enrollment Application tab to the left.
Provider enrollment specialists are available Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, at 1 (866) 686-4272, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, the Medicaid Automated Customer Service system is available at the same number 24/7.
The new Provider Handbook is specific to claims submitted to Molina on or after June 7, 2010.
