Type of notice/meeting
The current Idaho Medicaid Plus §1915(b) waiver is set to expire on Oct. 31, 2022, and the department will request an effective date of Nov. 1, 2022, with a new term of five years for the renewal. There are no substantial changes planned for this waiver renewal. The department will make technical changes to revise or delete
obsolete language, provisions, or web references.
Idaho Medicaid will host a public hearing from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. MT May 12.
