Home Heating and Utility Assistance
We help meet the needs of families in crisis situations by providing utility assistance programs to help you get back on the road to self-reliance.
Home Weatherization Assistance
The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps eligible low-income families conserve energy, save money, and improve living conditions by repairing or replacing heat sources (heaters, furnaces, etc.), installing insulation, weather stripping, and caulking around windows and doors.
Heating Assistance (Seasonal & Crisis)
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps eligible low-income families pay a portion of the costs for heating their homes in Idaho's winter months. Energy conservation education is also available.
The Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP) is part of the Community assistance programs that help improve living conditions for low-income households and encouraging self-reliance. ITSAP helps eligible low-income families pay for basic telephone service installation costs or monthly costs for basic residential phone service.
