Idaho offers two different types of cash assistance programs: the Aid for Aged, Blind, and Disabled (AABD) program, and the Temporary Assistance for Families in Idaho (TAFI) program. These programs provide cash benefits for eligible low-income families and households to help pay for food, clothing, shelter, and other essentials.
The TAFI Program provides temporary cash assistance and work preparation services for families with kids.

The AABD Program provides cash assistance for individuals who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled.
