Lost Focus? Call 2-1-1 or text SUD to 898211 for help

Substance use, over time, may make you lose focus of how you see yourself. Drugs or alcohol create the potential to blur the self-image you see reflected in the mirror. When you are ready to see yourself clearly again, ready to regain focus, call the confidential Idaho Careline at 2-1-1, or text 898-211.

The free information and referral service can connect you with the assistance you need to begin to stop using substances.
