Infant Toddler Coordinating Council

The Infant Toddler Coordinating Council (ITCC) is a council of governor-appointed members whose goal is to advise, assist, and collaborate to build capacity within families through the provision of quality early intervention services.

Council members are appointed by the Governor. Coordinating Council membership includes parents as well as representatives from many community agencies.

  • Head Start Collaboration Office
ITCC Meetings
The Council meets quarterly in Boise: September, November, February, and May.

Bylaws

State Interagency Councils (ICC) are required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

The Infant Toddler Coordinating Council is Idaho’s ICC and was formed in July 2016 as required by IDEA, Part C and Idaho Statute Title 16. The Council advises and assists the Infant Toddler Program in fulfilling the requirements under Part C. The ITCC advises Regional Early Childhood Committees (RECC) in 7 Regions of the state in planning and implementing activities designed to facilitate interagency involvement at the regional level.
