REPLICA Public Notice
In accordance with the Interstate Commission for Emergency Medical Services Personnel Practice, Rule on Rulemaking, Section 1.4, the Commission is seeking public comment for the proposed rule amendment of the Interstate Commission for Emergency Medical Services Personnel Practice.
Reason for the Proposed Rule
This rule is an update to previously adopted rules for operations of the National EMS Compact Database by the member states of the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice. Specifically, this rule deletes Section 11.7 of the existing Rules and adjusts portions of Section 4 for consistency.

Spring Fling 2021 Cancellation
Gemta’s SPRING FLING 2021 has been cancelled in accordance with the Idaho governor’s statewide restrictions and following best practices as recommended by Idaho Dept. of Health and Welfare. We are already planning for SPRING FLING 2022, and will be hosting a two-day event, March 5-6, 2022. Save the Date!

Join Panhandle Health District to learn from law enforcement, medical professionals and community experts about:
- drug use trends in our region.
- the science of addiction.
- best practices and local resources for helping people who use drugs at the scene.
- how to get your agency involved in drug use prevention efforts.
- how to obtain and use naloxone.
All agencies who register for the symposium will be mailed substance use and addiction resources from Panhandle Health District.
Food and beverages will be delivered to each participating agency in Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, and Shoshone counties.
Law enforcement participants will be eligible to receive P.O.S.T. credits.”
