For a mail-in submission go to the "Get Entry & Consent Forms" to download the form, fill it out and mail the form to the address listed.

Series Information

Entries due late summer 2025. Check back for more information and details. All entries will be entered into a raffle for cash and prizes. The Department would like to acknowledge and thank our partners at Casey Family Programs. Through our partnership and their generosity, we are able to provide prizes for the contest.
