For online submission, fill out the form below and upload your artwork and consent form available in "Get Entry & Consent Forms." For a mail-in submission go to the "Get Entry & Consent Forms" to download the form, fill it out and mail the form to the address listed.

Series Information

Entries due by August 30, 2024. Entries received after August 31, 2024 will be entered in next year's series.. All entries will be entered into a raffle for cash and prizes. The Department would like to acknowledge and thank our partners at Casey Family Programs. Through our partnership and their generosity, we are able to provide prizes for the contest.
