Administrative Bulletin for March contains changes or notices about DHW rulemakings

The March edition of the Idaho Administrative Bulletin is now available. It contains the following changes or notices about rulemakings for the Department of Health and Welfare, some of which have public meetings:  

  1. Exe. Order 2021-03 - EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2021-03 TRANSPARENCY IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE
  2. 16-0226-2101 - 16.02.26 – THE IDAHO CHILDREN’S SPECIAL HEALTH PROGRAM – NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING -- Please note a mistake in the details for the March 22 meeting. It should say Monday rather than Tuesday. 
  3. 16-0307-2101 - 16.03.07 – HOME HEALTH AGENCIES  – NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING
  4. 16-0321-2101 - 16.03.21 – DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AGENCIES (DDA) (SECOND) NOTICE – NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING
