DHW to hold negotiated rulemaking on three rules dockets

DHW will hold three negotiated rulemakings on three different dockets, as published in the Idaho Administrative Bulletin. All of the meetings are on Nov. 16. 

1. Docket 16-0310-2101 – Medicaid Enhanced Plan Benefits – Negotiated Rulemaking
2. Docket 16-0313-2101 – Consumer-Directed Services – Negotiated rulemaking
3. Docket 16-0504-2101 – Grant funding for the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance – Negotiated Rulemaking
