Mission
The Wraparound Competency Center demonstrates expertise in care coordination best practices through coaching, training, technical assistance, collaborative partnerships, and ensuring culturally and linguistically responsive relationships.
The Idaho Wraparound Intensive Services (IWInS) Competency Center provides coaching, training, fidelity monitoring, quality management, and technical assistance to providers implementing the Idaho WInS high-fidelity model of Wraparound. This model serves youth and their families facing significant behavioral health needs.
IWInS ensures fidelity to the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI) model through standardized fidelity tools and quality monitoring; it establishes Idaho-specific coaching models and standards of practice tailored to the state's requirements. IWInS reports outcomes from quality reviews to families, system partners, and stakeholders ensuring high-quality Wraparound services for youth and families in need of behavioral health support.
