Assisted Living Nurse Training

This Idaho Residential Assisted Living Facilities (RALF) Nurse Training is a 1-day course to be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.  This class will be presented over WebEx so virtual attendance IS required in ordered to receive credit.  You must sign in with your first and last name.  YOU CANNOT ATTEND OVER THE PHONE.  You will not receive credit if you attend over the phone.  It is recommended you download the Cisco Webex program onto your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone in advance and set it up prior to the day of the class.  You MUST register in FLARES in order to receive an invitation to the Webex class, which will be sent the day before the class.

Multiple people "sitting in" on one computer is not permissible and you will not receive credit if you aren't signed in with your first and last name on Webex.

When you register in FLARES you will receive a waitlist notification email.  Your registration will be reviewed and approved or denied.  If your registration is denied, the class is either full, you've had too many previous no-shows, or you've recently taken the class (within the last three years).

The course is open to licensed nurses who currently work in an Idaho Assisted Living facility.  Administrators can register for this course but please keep in mind nurse registration will have priority over administrator registration.  Registrants will be automatically waitlisted so their registration can be reviewed before approval.  If you have taken this course in the last three years, your registration will be denied.

Participants MUST register for the course.

Additional people who sit-in WILL NOT be allowed to participate.

The course agenda includes:

1. Defining the purpose of a RALF in Idaho.
