Step 1: Review Application Requirements
Before applying for services, see if you are eligible by reviewing each program's criteria and income limits. The programs all have different income limits and some have other household requirements.
After determining if you are eligible, review a copy of the application to see what information we need from you.
Step 2: Gather Information and Documents
The application ask a lot of information about you and member of your household. Before starting your application, gather the information and verification documents you'll need.
Doing this beforehand will make the application much easier and supplying us with your verification documents with your application means we can process your eligibility much faster.
Step 3: Complete and Submit Your Application
After doing the preparation work, all there's left to do is complete the application. There are several ways to apply, depending on what is easiest for you.
