DHW intends to conduct negotiation rulemaking regarding draft rule changes necessary for implementation of a new resource allocation model for Medicaid's Adult Developmental Disabilities Program. This rulemaking covers dockets 16-0310-2101 and 16-0313.2101.
Formal written comments are being accepted through Nov. 26, 2021.
Verbal comments will be accepted in a virtual public meeting at 2 p.m. (MST) Nov. 16.
The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Division of Medicaid provides public notice of its intent to submit a 1915(c) waiver amendment, a 1915(i) state plan amendment, and an alternative benefit plan amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in connection with the implementation of a new resource allocation model for Idaho’s Adult Developmental Disabilities Program.
