Idaho Medicaid has contracted with MTM (Medical Transportation Management, Inc) to administer, coordinate, and manage all Non-Emergent Medical Transportation for eligible Idaho Medicaid participants. You may reach MTM by calling 1 (877) 503-1261 to request transportation. Transportation can also be requested on-line by visiting MTM's Medicaid Transportation website.
Network transport providers may call MTM at 1 (877) 503-1261 or email the provider help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about NEMT services.

The medical appointment services must be covered by Idaho Medicaid. Commercial and agency transportation will not be authorized for persons who have access to other transportation resources. The Mileage Reimbursement program may be utilized for persons with access to a vehicle.
All members shall have the right to file a grievance or appeal about any matter related to their services. All members will be provided a written notice when transportation is denied. The grievance and appeal process will be on the written notice.
