Apply for Child Care Assistance

To qualify for the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP), a family must meet the eligibility requirements below. 

Eligibility

 

  • Live in Idaho
  • Child must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident
  • Show proof of identity
  • Have children under the age of 13 (or older if they have special needs)
  • Have a provider who is registered as an ICCP provider
  • Be working or in a qualified training or education program
  • Meet certain income guidelines

Apply over the phone or in person
  • Be prepared to provide this information with the application:
    • ID card
    • Household income
    • Current monthly child care expenses
    • If applicable, immigration status of each child
