The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Division of Medicaid provides public notice of its intent to submit a 1915(c) waiver amendment, a 1915(i) state plan amendment, and an alternative benefit plan amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in connection with the implementation of a new resource allocation model for Idaho’s Adult Developmental Disabilities Program. Details about the proposed changes and the process for submitting comments can be found in document attached to this notice.
DHW will hold three negotiated rulemakings on three different dockets, as published in the Idaho Administrative Bulletin. All of the meetings are on Nov. 16.
DHW intends to conduct negotiation rulemaking regarding draft rule changes necessary for implementation of a new resource allocation model for Medicaid's Adult Developmental Disabilities Program. This rulemaking covers dockets 16-0310-2101 and 16-0313.2101.
Formal written comments are being accepted through Nov. 26, 2021.
Verbal comments will be accepted in a virtual public meeting at 2 p.m. (MST) Nov. 16.
