The Department of Health and Welfare is seeking public comment through July 31 on the Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant. Title V supports a spectrum of services, including filling in gaps in health care services for children and youth with special health care needs. The MCH program collects input about existing services and programs, population needs, and emerging issues to make sure the MCH Program is guided by the needs of Idaho.
