As part of the annual Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V Block Grant Application/Annual Report, the MCH program is required to provide an executive summary that describes the contents of the application/annual report and gives the reader a description of the state's MCH program. The executive summary also highlights the state's Title V program efforts to address its identified MCH priority needs and reflects on the state's progress in improving its performance relative to selected state and national performance measures.
