- DEA Rule Changes and Upcoming Webinar
- The DEA has released new EMS specific rules for obtaining, administering, and documenting Schedule II–V controlled substances. These rules will go into effect on March 9th, 2026. For more information, please go to the Idaho State Medical Director page. There will be a webinar held on Tuesday, March 10th at 3:00PM MT to discuss the new ePCR documentation requirements. The State EMS Medical Director will also be available to answer questions. Here is the link to the webinar.
