The following are sources of information for the rules, statutes, and guiding policies that govern the work of the Department of Health and Welfare. Additionally, information about current rulemaking is available in the Idaho Administrative Bulletin, and notifications for negotiated rulemaking and public hearings for rules are posted in our Newsroom.

Statutes:
Department statutes are found in Title 39 and Title 56 of the Idaho code.
